Split into teams of two, mosey to rocks and grab two medium rocks or one large rock per team. Mosey to parking lot for the substantive portion.

The Thang: Doras

100 goblet squats with coupon, partner bear crawls to other side of lot and back

150 curls, partner lunges

200 presses, partner murder bunnies (no coupon)

250 shoulder shrugs with coupons, partner crab walks

300 Skull crushers, partner broad jumps

All teams completed and a few started the rinse and repeat

Put coupons back with about 5 minutes for Mary. Moseyed back to flag for COT where we were joined by Charmin and Saget.

Finished off with Canoe’s Epic journey and an amazing breakfast from Mrs. Panhandle.
