The beatdown consisted of 11s on Mt. Killamylunga with Imperial Squat Walkers (AKA Imperial Squalkers) on the top and Mike Tysons on the bottom. The catch is that at all times, someone is in the middle of the hill doing burpees. Anytime someone passes the burpee-er, they play rock-paper-scissors with the loser staying and doing the burpees.

Fun times were had by all.
