I took this Q idea from another Pax that did this at the Kodiak.  We played cornhole and depending on how many points you score, determined how many reps of each exercise we did.  The exercises were as follows:

  • Merkins
  • Big Boy Situps
  • Overhead Press
  • Four Count Flutter Kicks
  • Squats
  • Four Count Shoulder Taps
  • Burpees

Each Pax got an opportunity to throw four bags:

  • 0 points = 20 reps
  • 1-4 = score x3, but we ended up going down to score x2
  • 5-6 = score x2
  • 7+ = score x1

Next time I lead this I think it would make sense to add some more exercises to the list, and change the scoring.  The new scoring would be as below:

  • 0 = still 20 reps
  • 1-4 = 12 reps
  • 5-7 = 8 reps
  • 8+ = 5 reps
