YHC then grabbed a PAX who hasn’t Q’d yet, Glamour Shots, and we ran back to the gazebo to demonstrate that the PAX will follow the Q. But… YHC inadvertently gave the impression this was some kind of a test or trick question, so the rest of the PAX stayed put and did exercises until finally we had to mosey back and retrieve them.

Back by the fountain Steeplechase took the command of the circle to lead an exercise, and to get immediate after action review from the group on what worked well and what he could improve in calling and leading exercises. SC did a great job and the group gave good feedback.

Don’t hold back the truth from a man just to avoid conflict. It’s a strange kind of love that leaves a man in a lie.
