The Thang: in honor of MallCop’s 2 year F3iversery, we did about 5 minutes of step ups with coupons.  Then Macintosh picked the number two, since he was the oldest Pax there, which meant we raccoon crawled the length of the second tier of the amphitheater. Once that was finished, we got to the Main Thang: Coupon Dora. In groups of 2, one teammate farmers carried two coupons up to the top of the amphitheater and back.  While that was going on, the other guy did the exercises – which were 100 Big Boys, 200 over-head presses, 300 squats and 400 curls.  Also for those doing the exercises, at every song change, we had to stop and do 10 merkins then resume the count.  We were having so much fun, time flew by.  We ended with a mosey back to the flag and COT

We prayed for the guys running the Sky to Summit race, some Ohio football team (God cares about Ohio too) and my M. I’m grateful for the guys that posted, pushing and encouraging each other.

Individually we are getting stronger together,  but we are strongest when we are together as a community
