Quick little mosey over to an area close to the coupons.  SSH.  Hillbillies.  Weedpickers.  Simple and quick.

The Thang

Everyone grab a coupon.  Return to end of parking lot.

• 10 moves each – Cinderblock burpee, cinderblock swing, cinderblock squat.  Full lap around parking lot.  Cinderblock curls until the Six returns.  Rinse & repeat for a total of 4 sets.
• 10 moves each – Cinderblock BBSU, cinderblock presses, cinderblock triceps curls.  Full lap around parking lot.  Cinderblock curls until the Six returns.  Rinse & repeat for a total of 4 sets.
• Ring of fire holding the cinder block at all times.

• Carry the coupons back to their creepy resting spot in the woods.
• Finish up with about 4 minutes of Mary at the flag.

Weak turnout for a Pelosi beatdown, I expect more when a living legend leads a beatdown.  Really tough beatdown and of course the Georgia humidity never helps.  Great group of guys as always at the Crossroads, which has turned out to be my favorite AO to attend.
