The Thing

From the goal line. Bear crawl to the opposite goal line dragging your bag. At every 25 yards stand up and complete 25 air presses (only at the 25, 50, and 25 yard lines don’t include the goal lines).

From the opposite goal line coming back. Crab walk. Throw the sand bag from between your legs over your head in the direction you are crab walking working your way back to the starting point (1st goal line).

While everyone is working goal line to goal line, at all times, one pax does squats with the 120lb bag. AMRAP. Switch out when you’ve had enough. Time.
