And Spicoli.  Why is it so quiet? The Pax mosey to the Barn for some warm ups with Imperial Walkers, Windmills, and SideStraddleHops (in that order, I know who doesn’t start with SideStraddleHops, everyone who wants to) and no mumble chatter.  A couple comments here and there between Pax, but for the most part YHC’s Cadence Count was the only sound echoing through the forest.  It was weird, because as YHC entered the woods for a pre-run, I saw 2 eight point bucks and a Geek Squad drinking coffee and they made more noise than the pax did during the warmup. Oh, well they all must be out of breath because YHC did take off pretty quickly at 5:30. We moseyed through the field and into the trees on the red trail across the bridge to the yellow trial. At the intersection of the yellow trails by the creek, the Pax stopped for instruction. Run around Hombre’s Loop from last week (which is counter clockwise because clockwise everyone got lost one time and Hombre decided that was not his loop any more) back to the lower yellow loop to the main yellow loop forming a giant figure 8. Every time you ran to the intersection 10 hand release merkins, 10 big boys, 10 squats. That 2 rounds of exercise per 1 lap. YHC had plans of doing 8 reps of 8 exercises but decided that was too complicated for this crowd and too many exercises to come up with on the spot so I decided to just keep it simple. If you are wondering how many rounds, I don’t know, we ran from about 5:38 to 6:00. It was up to each pax to push himself as hard or as soft as he wanted to. Over all, no one asked what we were doing, only two hiccups in running Hombre’s loop backwards off the start and not stopping for the second round of exercises on the first lap (I will let you decide what Brady loving Pax messed those up but not naming any names) and white rice was doing jump clap merkins, but still no mumble chatter. At six line up behind YHC for a modified indian run up the red trail to white and to the parking lot. First Pax peels from the front does 3 burpees, no make that 5 burpees because White rice can do 5 burpees, catch up to the six. after the first round through we double up the pax who peeled of for the burpees because White Rice was excited to do more burpees. We made it back to the parking lot for some mary starting with Box Cutters. YHC then called on Spicoli to lead a mary to see if he was ready for the Air Force bootcamp and 50 incadence flutter kicks later Kiffin lead with something while Hombre finished with superman jacks.  Overall it was still quite. No wonder Garfield is the only Pax who mumble chatters out there beside YHC and YHC only mumble chatters if he does not have to try and think about somehting at the same time like counting because two things at once is a little hard, did I tell you I saw two deer and a Geek Squad on my prerun.
