Let’s Mosey 0530.  Warmorama:  SSH, IW, CHS, Arm Circles and Michael Phelps.  Thang was rucking the Cross Country trail around Woodstock High School over varied terrain in the surrounding woods for 40 minutes.  Two pax per timber did a shoulder carry with a 4x4x8 landscape timber.  Coordination and a headlamp helped us finish with a few minutes to spare for 50 arm curls and 50 LBC‘s.  Finished COT with Nameorama, 6th man, upcoming events and prayer requests 0615.  This was a new area for the PAX at Stockyards and will be used I am sure for a future BD and is nice for pre-runs.  Great job done by all this morning…
