Last and final recon at The Rock! YHC’s first visit EVER to Harrison Park. We all pulled in to Jackelope blaring Ice Ice Baby in the parking lot.  5:29 AM hits and the scheduled Q is nowhere to be found….. LET’S MOSEY!!! The PAX headed straight for the trails. (Of course I have no idea which way to go. Luckily we had some Harrison Park OG’s in attendance.)

Mosey toward the trails while dodging the speed bumps. We had one PAX crash and burn on a speed bump so YHC felt like this was a good place to stop and circle up for the warm o rama.

Ok let’s keep running to the trails. YHC takes a sharp left into the first trail that I see (I still have NO idea where I’m going.) This isn’t The Witch or even The Pineapple. There aren’t any trail colors so we’ll just call this the neon trail in honor of Jackelope’s neon biker shorts.

We stopped a little ways into the woods for some should tap merkins and then ran until we found a way out of the trail and back into the park. YHC found a nice long parking lot for some 11’s. We knocked out Bonnie Blairs on one side and Star Jumps on the other. (I thought this was supposed to be an AO focused on strength???) Anyway, Brad Pitt crushed this routine and the rest of us PAX were riding the struggle bus. We knocked out a quick round of Mary and it was time to mosey on…

YHC found a set of stairs and plenty of benches and bleachers. It felt like a good time for some more 11s. At the top of the stairs, the PAX knocks out step ups and at the bottom the PAX knocks out Diamond Merkins. YHC called an audible halfway through that routine as I noticed the perfect wall for some Donkey Kicks. We ran to the wall and knocked out 20 Donkey Kicks OYO style! Time to mosey back to the flag.

We stopped a little short of the full distance to the flag and bear crawled the rest of the way. We had some time left for Mary and E-Tool took all of the hate off of YHC and on himself when he called out Burpees In Cadence!
