Part 1: Curb Crawls

Perform one Derkin on the curb, bear crawl across the street, perform 2 Derkins, and so forth. Last set is 21 Derkins.

Plank circle w/ sandbag & ruck pull throughs left and right. 

Part 2: Casualty Carry

Count off in teams of 4 – 1st man is a casualty, the other 3 must get him back to the flag.
