Partner up.  PAX 1 executes deep and wide Merkins between each parking curb working his way around the loop of the parking lot/building. PAX 2 runs one lap. After PAX 2  runs one lap, partners switch out. 3 laps of Merkins.

what about the 120lb sandbag you ask?

Meanwhile, at all times, one PAX executes squats with the 120lb sandbag. This is AMRAP. When PAX executing squats is complete he screams bloody murder for help or just yells switch to another PAX to switch out with him. Your choice.

6th Man. Brad Pitt. YHC was glad to see BP as 6th Man because nobody new who he was and we were all curios. Turns out he’s a legend! Prayers for him and his M as they travel this weekend.
