Somehow our bear sighting last week got people stirring and posting! Happy to see 8 folks this AM. Short mosey, SSH, weed pickers, willie Mays, Michael Phelps.
headed to a practice field and did 11s, SSH and Captain Thor’s. Add -0 to the SSH so we did 100, 90, 80, etc. logged 550 SSH and 55 captain Thor’s, plus 2.5 miles. Plank for 2 mins at the flag.
lots of prayer requests, and we took the time to pray for all of them.
