YHC snoozed the 5am alarm clock and woke up screaming two words…well you get it. Odd Job was on site ready to go, only to be left hanging. He gets the credit for the 5:30 solo mission.

Warm-o-Rama:

Had the heat on wide-open driving over to the PE

The Thang:

• run out
• bust a u-turn at the flooded timber
• Stop at Big Red – 5 burpees – hill climb – 5 merkins at the top (x3)
• run back
• stop for 20 dips at the playground (4 count)
• run out to bells Ferry – 5 burpees
• Run to cell tower – Sprint up the hill – 5 merkins at the top
• Make another lap to the bridge and back through the playground to the parking lot…the end

COT:

Prayers for the time spent together in the field, our families, and the ability to continue coming out to the PE

Naked Man Moleskin:

8pm make up run discussed on slack… let’s get it

Upon arrival immediately noticed Turtle Head left the free candy wagon at home. The only problem with his ride this time is that it attracts creepers with dogs…they circled his car a couple of times and finally moved on…sorry TH

Exit the truck, it’s cold, headlamp is charged this time… let’s go.

We take off running for the trails, first time leading the PAX, most of the time, sucking wind trying not to lose sight of the headlamp in front of me. TH does a great job dealing with a slower pace.

Our dear friend the Beaver must still be mad at YHC from our run in the other day because he still has the river Damed up… bust a u-turn

We stopped at Big Red on the way back… 5 burpees then take the hill, 5 merkins at the top. Rinse and repeat 2 more times…sucking wind now

Running back, stop at the playground TH leads us in 20 dips on the bench (4 count), he was in beast mode. Run to the street knock out 5 burpees, then head over to the cell phone tower…Sprint to the top of the hill, knock out 5 merkins…bring the oxygen tank

5 minutes left…we get one more lap in…down to the bridge, back through the ball fields/playground, arrive at the parking lot…the end.
