The BackBlast:

Intro:  I am pretty sure Mandals was expecting someone to die during this beatdown, as he only brought his shovel, and not the flag.  I guess he was expecting to bury the unlucky PAX member who did not make it!

Warm-o-Rama:  Mosey from the front parking lot to the side parking lot.  20 SSH, 5 Weed Pickers, OYO Sun God, OYO Michael Phelps.  Pick up a medium coupon from the rock pile.  Mosey back to the front parking lot.

The Thang:  The road from the stop sign to the breeze way under the church was used, about 30 yards.  Coupon was to be carried back and forth on the run between every exercise. Did 11’s.  First set of 11’s was Mtn Climbers and Fire Drills (chop feet for 3 seconds, drop into and do a Merkin, roll over, do another Merkin, and jump back up into chopping feet.  Second set of 11’s was the Reverse LBC and Wide Arm Merkins.  Started getting some compliments, like “I hate Vespa” and “These suck” and “I wish you weren’t the Q today.”  Third set of 11’s was the Little Mermaid (4 count BBS with flat legs, spread in a V shape, up and left is 1, up and middle is 2, up and right is 3, final back is 4, and that is 1) and Catalina Wine Mixers (in plank position, drop to each elbow and then back up and complete a Merkin for 1).  The PAX was pretty spent by this time and most just finished before the time for today was up. Several PAX had some road rash, sore abs, and stomachs close to splashing merlot.  Which means I did my job for the day.

COT:  Spock and his M are due with baby #3 soon.  Geppetto and his M raising money for their adoption with the 5k Feb 15.  BrainFart’s 2.0 is in hospital with pneumonia.  Sharapova’s M continuing to fight cancer.

Naked Man Moleskin:  First month of the year is in the books.  Let’s continue to grow this thing, becoming better men, leaders, husbands, and fathers.  But let us make sure F-3 doesn’t become another idol.  Let’s balance health, fellowship, and faith with our family, our friends, and our finances.
