Mosey to FMS front drive for warmorama

The Thang: Moseyed to bottom of FMS hill. PAX took turn drawing cards from the deck of pain. PAX performed exercise indicated on card (face cards = 25, Ace = 100, number cards = number +10). After each exercise run to second light pole near top of hill and back down. Plank or air chair on the six. Rinse and repeat for entire 45 minutes. Distance: 1.8 miles up and down the hill. Exercises included: The dreaded Queen of Burpees; 100 SSH’s; 100 arm circles; and about 35 different merkin variations (YHC apparently did not shuffle the deck very well).
