I took the dice of torture on the road, and incorporated the addition for the Vineyard PAX. Throwing the dice all over the parking lot getting further and further away from where we were to run if a got a “water break”, which YHC was upset never happened. On the bright side I believe we did about 8 minutes of air chairs and about 60-75 Tuck Jumps! had a few burpees and merkins in the mix as well.
