The green indicated the exercise and the the yellow was the multiplier. Minimum of 10 count on the exercise rep regardless of the roll. Complete the assigned exercise and take a lap. If you rolled doubles then the rep count was doubled. Doubles also indicated that we would sprint from the flag to the end of the parking row the flag was located. Plank for the 6 at the end of each round.
