F3SPN Highlights (since I am not going to remember all the names for a backblast unfortunately):
- New exercise named Leeroy Jenkins – see definition above by @E-Tool for more context (on the clinic Slack channel) – Leeroy is a crazy harbinger of chaos. Whatever the PAX are doing, no matter the routine, someone can call out “LEEROY JENKINS” (see video for proper pronunciation) and PAX must quickly line up for sprints (around 80 yds) and finish with 5 burpees. Once you call it, you cannot call it again lest you get the penalty of x2 Leeroy’s. Most PAX finished with 100-120 burpees throughout the beatdown.
- DORA 1-2-3 from Hell: 100 Mahktar N’ Diayes (sp?) – decline version, 200 alt shoulder taps while declined, 300 dips – other partner does wall walks (feet up on wall, walk on hands to next light)
- I had 2-3 more things ready just in case we finished too early…we didn’t…nope, definitely had to modify to get close to finishing
- @Slow Burn maybe? had the best battle cry while running Leeroy’s
- The field was nice and sewagesk this morning
- @Saluki and @Clickbait were like a missile on the sprints
- @E-Tool had the quote of the day (see Clinic Slack channel)
- Lots of layered PAX, so lots of stripping 15 min in or so, much to @Z93‘s delight
- @Mickey saw YHC and planned to get his revenge from YHC smacking him in the lip 3-4 weeks ago at the Buff. Thankfully he missed and hit @Scotchgard instead, leading @E-Tool to trip and fall, and get back up screaming LEEEROOOOYYY, while battering into an unassuming FNG – Stiletto, throwing him into 3 others, while @Trailmix tried to sneak off to get back to bed, and leading the ruckers to keep walking past us until time instead of joining in. Cops were called and then a fire started and somehow a zebra pranced by with a monkey riding on its’ back with a trident. @Gut Check was impaled but should make a slight recovery, though his mental state may never be the same…prayers…
