Always great getting back out to the Kodiak!

Warmup: Mosey to the middle school and circle up, on an actual circle! 10 weed pickers, 10 good mornings and since Legionnaire asked so politely for it, SSH…x 100

The Thang: Let the group know we’d be doing 20 reps of the following exercises followed by a lap. Big boi sit ups, Imperial walkers, Lunges, LBCs and Merkins. After the first round, plank for the 6 and  then rinse and repeat. After the second round, do it again. During the third round asked if anyone knew what the next day was and hinted that I had already given them a clue. It took at least another round of doing it again before they caught on. We made it two more rounds before time started running out. Mosey back to the flag and with 2 miles completed called it.

Naked Man Moleskin: Even after Legionnaire’s repainment for poking the bear, Doubfire took a shot and questioned the Q’s creativity and earned himself a spot on the Q sheet in the process. Way to step up Doubtfire, better come up with something good!
