Drumstick uttered the line that became the title of this BB.  I guess he and Doddy have closer relationship than most PAX……..  Today was my first Q at the Forge, so I kept it simple.  After a quick warmup, we did the deed.

50 lat pullovers

100 single arm chest press (50 reps each arm)

150 kettlebell swings,

200 squats with kettlebell

Farmers walk to the far light pole after each 50 reps.  10 rounds total.  Repeat the list if you got finished with 1 round before time.  My 0.0 ended up being about 1.3 miles, but I didn’t think walking counted.  Guess I was wrong.
