Legs, legs, legs, and a little core

Warm-o-Rama:

Moseyed around the parking lot and then swung around to the other side of the lot for a nice good mosey. Circled up at the front of the school for:

15x SSH

5x Slow Weed Pickers

10x Imperial Walkers

OYO Sun Gods (frontwards and backwards)

OYO Michael Phelps

No time to waste, on to the routine

The Thang:

For the most part, only the legs were worked. We threw in some lower back and core, but it was mostly legs. I would come to regret this. PAX performed the following:

50x Bent Over Rows/Deadlifts (depending on what I could remember, haha)

50x Thrusters

50x Lunges (Rubicon Count)

50x Step Ups

50x Monkey Humpers (holding the kettlebells, thanks Woody)

Waited on the 6 and then we all took a lap around the parking lot:

Circled back up for

50x Bent Over Rows/Deadlifts

50x Step Ups

50x Monkey Humpers

You can see where this is going. We continued until we completed the last round of 10’s. We had just enough time to finish with a bit of Mary.
