I like to incorporate exercises that are not in a regular rotation. …I think it actually worked out this time.
It didn’t take long for the chatter to devolve. Which is always one of my favorite parts.
And I’m pretty sure there’s a section in Jackalope’s closet that looks like a highlighter explosion.
Warm-up: Windmill, Finkle Swing, Daisy-picker (because I’m optimistic like that) Nancy Kerigans, Derricks, Frog Bridge.
To the basketball courts – for the full length of the 2 courts:
- bear crawl, run back
- crab walk, run back
- skip, run back
- sprint, run back
Al Gore, while waiting for the six. Repeat, for 2 sets.

Indigenous run 1/2 way round the track, to the shelter tables.

OYO routine:
- 25 donkey kicks, reverse lunge, run back
- 25 speed skaters, crawl bear, run back
- 25 Bobby Hurley’s, sneaky gorilla (side lunge) Left, run back
- 25 Bobby Hurley’s, sneaky gorilla (side lunge) Right, run back
(The out&back part was approx. 80-ft.)
