It was a great day in the gloom.  A little extra fog added to the day.

Flop had a request to go off-campus, so I felt the need to fulfill it… the first part can be blamed on him.

Warm-0-rama

• Grabbed 4x4s, dropped them at the mosey as we passed the picnic shelter
• SSH
• Speed skater, weed picker, Speed skater- done as 10 count holds

The Thang

• Indian run to the corner across from Governors (~1/2 mile)
• That hill sucks…
  • 11s on the grass hill (dew and leaves really helped the suck)
  • Top- No surrenders
  • Bottom- Split, Split, Squat
  • LBCs until the 6 was done
• Indian run back to picnic shelter
• One at a time
  • Grabbed a 4×4 for Pistol Squats- Rt leg only, IC, if anyone fell off- burpee penalty
  • One leg hop (same as squats) to the nearest tree
  • Same leg lunges back
  • Repeat with Rt leg
  • Repeat with Left leg
  • Repeat with Left leg
    • It is worth noting that Twinkle Toes was well ahead of the rest of us and started with the Left knowing fatigue would add to the burpee penalties…
    • We also were blessed with a flyover salute during the last leg
• Finisher
  • Squats on 4x4s
    • 10 with heels up
    • 10 cliff hanger style
    • 10 with toes up
