THE THANG

After a little rucking East to warm the legs, we did a ruck carry as long as possible. When someone needed a break, they shouted “Merry Christmas!” and we would stop for 10 squats then resume. We did 2 each of this with rifle carries suitcase carries on both sides. Then we rucked down Waleska to Railroad, then up the hill of West Main. Then South on Academy and back North on W Marietta to the Startex.

And there, awaiting us, with the sweet scents of Ray’s Donuts wafting from the box in his hands, stood the HIM of HIMs, GutCheck.

Gambler was the 6th man and shared a couple of awesome stories of his history with F3. We prayed for BrainFart and his family as they continue to adjust with the new additions. We prayed for YHC’s bonus kiddo and her dad.

We enjoyed Donuts without coffee because Hasbro was out of town or something and Bonilla doesn’t love us any more.
