It was great to be back with the PAX at the Flight Deck.  Work and site-Q duties keep me from attending as much as I would like, but I’m always glad when I can.

Moseyed through the park and down the sidewalk to the first driveway, then back.  Typical Warm-o-Rama.

The Thang

Asked everyone to bring either a sandbag, ruck or coupon to use for the work.  We partnered up and did a Dora routine consisting of the following:

• 100 OH Press
• 200 Curls
• 300 Squats
• 400 Chest Press
• While one partner was doing the above, the other ran the 1/4 mile lap, with a spring the last ~40 yards each time.

Finished in time for a bit of Mary at the flag.

COT, and some great coffeeteria.  Always a pleasure to be at one of the 2 Cobb County strongholds of F3 Cherokee.
