Warm-Up:

IC Weed Pickers, Imperial Walkers, & SSH followed by some sun Gods and Phelps OYO

The Thang:

Partner up for a terrible version of DORA with 100 hand-release merkins, 200 squats, & 300 (Kodiak) knee slap mountain climbers with the other partner farmers carrying to the 50 and back.

Once the 6 was in we grabbed our individual sacks and gave it 3 good throws then ran to the far goal line.  We continued until we reached the 50 then turned around and started throwing the bags back to the original goal line, but continued to run to the far goal line (if you are confused, don’t worry, you should have just been there).

We had a few minutes left after moseying back to the flag so we knocked out 11’s with curls and press.  6:15 and the fun was done.
