PAX form small circle, everyone in a plank. Place headlamp in the center. Q calls out a number and exercise. For example, “10 burpees,” means PAX stand up in an explosion of energy, run directly away from center of circle 10 yards/paces and do 10 burpees, then run back to the center and plank for the 6. First PAX back gets to call next number and an exercise increasing by 10 each time and running 10 additional yards each time.

COT: Prayers for Dig’em and his family as they navigate divorce and seem to be on common grounds. Prayers for Blackfoot for a negative COVID test after having family in town and one of them tested positive for COVID. 3rd F opportunites were discussed.

Naked Moleskine: This was YHC’s first Q at The Clinic and it is becoming my second home. I really enjoy being around the PAX that post at The Clinic and look forward to Friday’s. The men of F3 continue to amaze me with thei encouragement for others and willingess to be there for each other. Proud to be part of F3 and thankful for each PAX.
