Double Quarter Pounder along 100 yards straightaway downhill: started with 25-yard sprint and 25 merkins, backward run to starting point, 50-yard sprint and 50 mountain climbers, backward run back to start, 75-yard sprint and 75 squats, backward run to starting point, 100-yard sprint and 100 ssh. Rinse and repeat in the opposite direction. Finished up with mixture of some froggies, hammers, and burpees.
