Co Q with Stopwatch and Foosball.

We split up into groups of 3 and 2 PAX picked up the 3rd PAX and carried them out to Townlake Pkwy.

We then mozied to LA Fitness where Foosball did 11s with Monkey Humpers and Big Boy Situps.

Stopwatch then led (via an automated workout) in a High Intensity round of exercises.

We mozied back to the school and finished out with Marys.
