Warm-o-Rama: This is a running AO, what do we do?

The Thang: We run, quack! YHC told PAX to pair up and as we hit the fork at Main street and Rope Mill, where PAX split up. Half went up Rope Mill and through the back of the outlets to Ridgewalk and back down Main Street. Other half did the opposite route. When pairs meet up with their partner they completed 5 Bro-pees. It was back to the flag where we ran extra credit intervals around the parking lot until time ran out. Coach Bombay would’ve been proud

COT: Prayers for Gamblers nipples along with other aches and pains. G- String announced he will be getting baptized this weekend at Walking Wisely. He subliminally told me to also pray for YHC’s and his patience as we will be co-leading 10 teenage boys this weekend.

Naked Man Moleskin: It was an honor leading the Flying V this morning. In prayer YHC mentioned that F3 has really gotten me through tough times and I am eternally grateful for the HIMs in my life to keep me strong and accountable in all 3 F’s. Ducks fly together
