Trail day for Spin class

The thing:
Make a trip around the Dwelling Loop at Blankets Creek on the beautiful gloom of this chilly Monday morning.  We had near professional YardSale smoking the trails on a single speed with a conveyor belt for a chain.  We had 3 guys trying to make the venture around the trail in full rigid bikes varying whee sizes and I believe it was Jackelopes  first time on a Mtn bike trail.  About halfway around Paperjam and myself stopped at the top of the flow trails to wait up for SlowBurn who was nursing Jackeope around the trail and once they arrived I heard “This is a Dadgum running trail and Neon is jumping shot like he’s a 15 yr old kid… who the hell let you Q this ride”. Mumblechatter at its finest… with most of the climbing out of the way we finished out the route and headed back to the parking lot for the COT.

COT:

We prayed for Hombres kid to have a successful surgery this morning,  Paperjam has an MRI coming up so we prayed for good news, SlowBurn is nearing the end of his employment contract and is asking for prayers on finishing a new gig to start off 2022, and I selfishly prayed for help getting motivated to attend more workouts with F3 as I continue to nurse my injuries back to health.
