Third Friday, so an early 0500 start. A strong group of HIM showed up early to suffer so I made sure we did.

Warmarama- had to keep it short because we had work to do. 50 SSH at varying speeds. Run up stairs. 5 Weed Pickers for a quick hammie stretch. Face the flag, 10 Never Surrenders just because that’s what we do. NEVER. SURRENDER.

The THANG- Cadre JC Burpee Challenge. 100 Burpees, run a mile, 50 Burpees, run a mile. Simple but brutal. There wasn’t a lot of chatter during the THANG but what chatter there was seemed to be along the lines of “E-Tool I hate you”.

Not everyone completed the challenge but everyone worked hard and suffered. And that’s what we do.

An FNG showed up late because he didn’t know about the early start. We made him promise to do the 150 burpees he owed us. He’s going to school to be a pilot in January so we named him Slider (Top Gun, Iceman’s REO) because he slid in to the beatdown late.

With about 5 minutes left we circled up for some more punishment. LBCs, Flutters, American Hammers, and a plank to finish out.

Always a pleasure to lead the HIM of the Clinic. A great mix of new and old blood. I love to see HIM accelerating. Oracle in particular is really making gains and it’s fun to watch. SYITG!
