YHC has a black eye, and my head was still throbbing on Saturday morning.  Good thing I was in control of the intensity and choice of exercises.  Stayed off our six, with two rounds of PT and 3 3/4 miles distance.  25 ruck curls, 25 ruck-on squats, 25 ruck-on air press in cadence, 10 ruck-on lunges each leg – first round at the funeral home, second round at Pie Bar (not at the PAX; at the restaurant).  We rucked through the Chambers Street development and short-cutted the long way through Serenade, past the intersection of Windsong Way and Windsong Way.  South to Main and 92, then West to DQ.  North on Woodpark and up the new road to South on Main subdivision where the high rollers roll.  East on Brighton, North on Main, looped west through the apartments and back up Mill Street.  Brady Bunch’s coffee is good, but not as good as his beard.  Short Circuit is a HIM who attends multiple workouts in multiple regions all in one morning.  8-Bit remembers shovel flags without being reminded, because he is a good Site Q.  But not as good as Hass, who remembered a whole week in advance and weaseled a Q out of me in the same breath.  Daddy Daycare is a Daddy.  A big daddy.  Dropbox can take his pick of jobs, because the man is in high demand.  And Gambler is crushing it coming off a Midsummer Quarantine Fartsack-Fest – keep after it, studly.  See you boys next time.  It is always a pleasure.
