11s except PAX only did one exercise at a time. 1 rep on one end of the parking lot then run to the other end and do 10 reps of the same exercise. So on and so forth until a full round of 11s was completed then on to the next exercise. Apparently if a Q is too simple it’s confusing, luckily everyone got the point that it was supposed to suck. Lots of running, fortunately nobody got to the burpees at the end.
