Warmorama – Mosey to the new parking lot down near the clubhouse

Thang – Using my fancy new timer we did 3 EMOM cyles

Emom 1: 8min: Each min started with 5 burpees and then SSHs until the minute was up. Each minute you added an additional burpee

EMOM 2: 8min: Each min started with 10 merkins and then flutter kicks until minute was up. Each minute added a merkin

EMOM 3: 8 min: Started with 1 lung (kodiak count) and then body squats for the remainder of the minute. Added (2) lunges each minute

Sprinted Iron Hill as the nail in the coffin for the BD then brought it back to the flag for the COT
