Preamble:

With a lot of regular Happy Jack PAX taking on the Ragnar Friday attendance was expected to be low but with almost little to no mumblechatter on Slack the chances of not a single PAX besides BloodHound to drop of the bags were slim.  YHC pulled his ass out of bed expecting an early morning self-torture session but was pleasantly surprised to see DigEm chatting it up with BloodHound in the parking lot.

WOR:

Ran down the field bags in hand.  Dropped the bags for a quick lap around the field then SSH, Imperial Walkers, Hillbillies, Weedpickers, and Windmills.

The Thang:

Disclaimer was made that besides a few laps and to get around no legs would be harmed today because YHC also had a date with the Ragnar.  2 Rounds of Dora with some light running in between was all it would take.

Dora Round 1 – Partner A does exercises while Partner B does Zamperini with the bag to the 25 and back

Exercises – 100 Merkin Pull Throughs w/ Bags, Run to Goal line and back.  200 Kodiak Count Flutters w/ Bags held high, Run to Goal line and back.  300 Dollies w/ Bag held high.

2 laps around the field

Dora Round 2 – Partner A does exercises while Partner B does Farmer Carry with the bag to the 50 and back

Exercises – 100 Big Boys, 200 Kodiak Count Shoulder Taps, 300 Plank Jacks

Finish up the Plank Jacks just as it was time to head to the flag to meet up w/ Hombre for COT.
