F3 Derby

Well this one was fun! Thanks to Lamb Chop, we got to push his pick-up truck uphill about 50 yards as part of today’s beatdown. After a quick warm up, we mosied over to grab a coupon, then riffle carried it to the parking lot. We split into 4 groups of 3 to start but quickly discovered that wasn’t going to work to push the truck, so we combined 2 teams, and got the job done.

The workout?:

5 Man makers
10 Coupon curls
15 Coupon Front Squats
20 Coupon-bell swings
Then switch with the team that just finished pushing the truck uphill.

Wash. Rinse. Repeat.

Oh…then we finished with good ol’ Mary!
