The Goal: As many 1 mile loops as possible within the hour and ready to start at the top of each hour from 0500 – 0900.

As I set at my desk and reflect back to the weekend, it still amazes me that 17 other men showed up to do something completely stupid and utterly pointless. Some of us ran, some rucked, some did both. The terrain was all over the place; there was dirt, grass, brush, creeks, road, gravel, tire tracks, you name it. I did hear some groans and the 4th F as we crossed the creek, but I quickly pointed at that not only was it in the pre-blast for the event, I had also recommended PAX bring an extra pair of shoes to change at the halfway point. But, I digress…

It was awesome to see so many guys out there crushing goals and accomplishing feats they’d not yet attempted. Murder Mile 2022 is definitely happening.
