The Thang: Farmer Fran meets Dora. PAX partnered up and performed collective exercises. While one partner performed exercises, other partner bear crawled 20 yards, picked up sandbag or cinder block and farmer jogged said coupon to 100 yard mark and back. Once back at 20 yard mark, Nur or broad jump back to start line. Exercises performed were: 80 burpees; 100 Big Boy Situps; 150 Lunges (2 = 1); 350 Plank Jacks (this started as 200 but was increased by YHC on multiple occasions); 150 merkins

Observations:

Ice Man is an animal, but his partner Backdraft counted two burpees for every one he did – perhaps he was confused by the double count instruction given for lunges…..

Fleetwood LOVES burpees. I think he would’ve been happy to just do burpees the entire beat down

Drone was losing water at an alarming rate. Seriously, no one sweats like Drone
