PAX grabbed a brick and moseyed to the turf field.

Starting at the 0, PAX sprinted 20 yards and did 10 diamond merkins until they reached the opposite endzone. Then repeated the same on the way back, replacing diamond merkins with BBS. The we rinsed and repeated with merkins and american hammers.

PAX grabbed their bricks, moseyed to the track, and partnered up. PAX ran gate to gate with one PAX carrying both bricks. At each gate, the PAX carrying bricks would do 10 man makers while the other PAX did 10 burpees. Then PAX switched carrying bricks. After 1 lap, we rinsed and repeated with no bricks, replacing the burpees and man makers with 10 american hammers.
