Explained the functions of the SFN racing chair.

The Thang

Loaded up the chair with sandbags.  Ran with the chair a set distance (maybe a half or so mile) then all PAX performed BOMBS (5 burpees, 10 OH Claps, 15 Merkins, 20 BBSs, 25 Squats).  Then rotate Driver and repeat to all PAX had pushed the chair.  Mosey back to main parking lot.  Completed a circuit around the parking lot with Chair while other PAX completed Burpees until return, then rotate PAX, repeato with OH Claps, Merkins, BBSs, and Squats.  Finished with some Mary around the flag.

COT

YHC completed coutarama and namearama but completely forgot to pray.  Fail!  YHC had to bolt quickly to get home to take the 2.0 to school early.  My bad fellas.  Prayed for you all during the car ride home.
