Last minute Q.  Been eyeing those little terraces near the Canton Theatre for many many months and finally got to “play” on them.

0530. No warm-up, let’s ruck.  (Hustler dashes to his car to get a ruck, is this a ruck BD? and ‘hustlers’ to catch up.)  Quick over to E. Marietta (GALT) down and right on W. Marietta up the medium hill stopping at the little grass terraces on the main square (“Little Terra”).  Instructions for PT – 5 terraces:  terrace #1) sideways bear crawl ruck pulls right arm, up to the next terrace 2) same left arm, 3) bear crawl ruck pull throughs, 4) Crab Walk Ruck Bombs (aka Silly Sit-ups per Macintosh) 5) ruck-on lunges. Observation: grass is wet.  Ruck up and step off.  Down E. Marietta again, but this time up ACADEMY HILL, always a fan favorite. 5 min to burn so 3/4 loop around downtown and endex right at 0615.
