After The Vineyards 2nd anniversary on Thursday Jackalope made it know he was frustrated that we didn’t finish Slow Burn’s 21’s on the side of Grapes of Wrath. So YHC obliged today but no Jackalope.

Quick Mosey from the missing flag as BoSox slept through his multiple alarms to Grapes of Wrath and all her glory.

To pick up where you left off from Thursday’s 21’s was the goal but we audibled for 11’s with Bonnie Blairs at the foot of Grapes of Wrath and Star Jumps at the top with bear crawls up and run down. After some MC about who crawl bears from last Thursday, it was GoDaddy who did them the entire time until Slow Burn called us off Grapes of Wrath.

Once we finished we FINISHED, we moseyed over to the front of RR for 5 rounds of Dips, Step-Ups, and Derkins. It was a little quiet due to the hard work we were putting in.

We then moseyed over to Trills secret alley where we did two rounds of 25 Donkey Kicks and BBS. That was about all YHC could handle as I was gasping for air. I think the other PAX were glad I called it at two rounds.

We moseyed back to the missing flag for 5 minutes of Marry. Did I mention BoSox slept through his multiple alarms?

All in all, it was a tough BD and a great way to start the week off right.
