Running the route YHC had planned.
At each fire hydrant PAX do (5) Burpees, (5) Shoulder taps (modify if needed).
The route is right at 3 miles that includes (25) fire hydrants. That’s a lot of Burpees and shoulder taps.

Today was YHC’s 1 year anniversary with F3 and first Castle Black post. I had been planning to repeat the Fire Hydrant flush around BG, that was done 6 months ago. Waking up this morning I really felt like fart sacking, starting to feel like crap, but I knew I couldn’t. Typically PAX start rolling in around 5:20.
5:25- no one has arrived. YHC is starting to wonder if today will be his 1st no show on his 1st anniversary…
5:270am- Not Today! C4 and Cody arrive ready to go. C4 remembered the flush from last July.
5:30am- We mosey down Castle Black lane and see jeep headlights, Is it Carmen or Floppy? It’s Carmen San Diego! We circle back to pick him up and head back down for some warm up. YHC explained the beatdown (modify if needed), a repeat for C4 and off we go to flush fire hydrants.
Good work! Thanks again guys for coming out this morning.
