4:30 solo run, so decided to check on accessibility to the field which was locked up tighter than a camel’s ass in a sandstorm. Luckily for the PAX that showed up this morning somebody forgot to lock up the tennis courts, so for what most of us OGs determined was the first time in Kodiak history, we got our work in on the courts.

Warmorama – Circle up in the gravel parking lot for weed pickers, imperial walkers, sun gods (front and back) and michael phelps. Thank goodness for no point deductions for butchering the principles.

The Thang – Mosey onto the tennis courts, which seemed to have the group pretty excited to start with. Even through the first routing of a 4 corners escalator made up of 10 wheezy jeffersons, 20 big boi sit ups, 30 heel touches and 40 flutter kicks they were in good spirits. And then it quickly turned south during the next phase of tennis court suicides with increasing merkin reps with each iteration. Took a break for some achin legs and back to the tennis courts for another round of suicides. 2nd round hit a lot different…Picked up the six and then back to the flag for a circle of feet throwdowns (can’t ever remember the exicon for that one) and merkin ring of fire x 2. 15 seconds left? Hallelujahs OYO until time.
