WARMUP: SSH, Weedpickers, Tumbleweeds, Hillbilly Walkers
THE THANG:
Started with a short mosey around the courts, back to the parking lot, where we picked up our logs. Carried them down to the end of the football field and then the fun began. Most of us paired up, except for The Count, who is a Team all by himself and does the work of 2 men anyway!
One pax flipped the log to the other end of the football field while the other did an exercise to traverse the field. Swapped the log to the other PAX for the return trip. ‘Traverses’ were lunges, bear crawls, and then Bernie Sanders. On the 4th trip both PAX took turns flipping the log down the field and back. Sticks were interchanged among teams to allow everyone access to various levels (ie weights) of challenges. Ended up by carrying logs back to the truck. Many log jokes and comments were enjoyed by all.

3rd F breakfast tomorrow at Harmony on the Lakes with beatdown at 5am, breakfast at 6am.
