I Led a F3 group run this morning. It’s easier to get out at 5:15 A.M. when it’s 27 degrees outside when your not doing it alone. One of the HIMs had a PR for longest time ran without a walk break ????. The F3 Turtle ???? Run Club helped me keep my pace down in an appropriate Heartrate zone
