We started off with a mozzy halfway to the football field. Here we did our-
WOR
- 20 SSHs
- 10 Copperhead Squats
- 10 Copperhead Merkins
- 10 Alternating Shoulder Taps
The Thang
Next, we finished mozzying over to the football field. Once there, everyone divided into two lines on the left side of the field. Starting at the end, they threw the football to the person across from them within 5 seconds of acquiring it. Next, they ran to the other end of the line, did a burpee, then continued with an airchair. We then repeated this loop all the way across the field. If the ball hit the ground at anytime, everyone had to do 10 Burpees. We did this going there and going back. On the way back we did a deep squat after running around and 5 mike tysons if the ball was dropped.
Next we will all lined up on the 0 yard line and sprinted to the other side of the field, pumped out 10 merkins, then did a 30 second air chair. We repeated this 4 total times.
Once finished we switched to throwing. From the 0 yard line, one person threw the ball and shouted out a workout. Wherever it landed, everyone had to run to it and do whatever workout was chosen by the thrower. We did however much yardage the ball landed on. The thrower did doing 50 minus that yardage. We repeated this until everyone had thrown.
Lastly we put all our training to use for some two-hand touch football. Once done, we mozzeyed back to the flag while throwing the football for the-
