Moseyed over and across the street to the field. Performed a four corners escalator type exercise, three rounds.

After these rounds, we did 11’s up the hill to the road – star jumps at the bottom and monkey humpers at the top.

Moseyed back to the train station pavilion. Did two rounds of alternating dips and steps ups, in cadence. Had about 4 minutes left and closed with some Mary.

Turtlehead’s 2.0 Lightning was in attendance, as well as a “FNG” from F3 Alpha – Cart Path. Big welcome brother!

COT – closed with a quick conversation about Cart Path and the move to Cherokee and Harmony, right down the street. Prayers of gratitude and reflection in this most Holy Week of Easter.
